By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Upon completing a valid purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased digital content for your own individual study and exam preparation purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show evidence of credential sharing, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, images, text, design, and code, is the exclusive property of The Practice Test and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The license granted upon purchase is limited to personal use as described in Section 02.
All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund & Returns Policy. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Our practice tests are designed to help you prepare for certification exams. We do not guarantee that use of our products will result in a passing score. Exam outcomes depend on individual effort, study habits, and factors outside our control.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Practice Test shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products — including but not limited to loss of exam fees, loss of income, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
