What format are the practice tests in?

Our practice tests are delivered as digital content accessible through your account on thepracticetest.org. Each product includes a set of practice questions, detailed answer explanations, and supplementary study materials depending on the exam covered.

You can access your materials from any device with a modern web browser — no app download or software installation required.

Are the questions aligned to the official exam objectives?

Yes. Every product is built directly from the official exam blueprint published by the certifying body. We map each question to a specific domain and objective weight to ensure comprehensive coverage of everything you'll encounter on the actual exam.

We also review and update our materials whenever a certification body releases a new exam version.

How many questions are in each practice test?

The number of questions varies by product. Each product page displays the exact question count and chapter breakdown in the features section. Most of our products contain between 200 and 500 practice questions.

Which certifications do you cover?

We cover a growing library of IT and professional certifications. Visit our Shop to see the full list of available products. We regularly add new exams — if you don't see the one you need, contact us and we'll let you know if it's in development.

Is a free demo available?

Yes. Many products include a "View Demo" button on the product page that allows you to preview a sample of the content before purchasing. If a demo isn't available for a specific product, you can take advantage of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to try the full product risk-free.

Purchasing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. PayPal is also accepted at checkout.

All prices are in USD and payments are processed securely. We never store your card details on our servers.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card information is entered directly on Stripe's secure servers and is never transmitted to or stored by The Practice Test.

Do you offer team or group pricing?

We don't currently offer automatic group pricing, but for teams of 5 or more, please contact us to discuss a volume discount. Each member of a team must have their own individual account — licenses are not shareable.

Will I receive a receipt after purchasing?

Yes. An order confirmation email with your receipt and order number is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout immediately after purchase. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Accessing Your Products

How do I access my purchased products?

After completing your purchase, log in to your account and go to My AccountMy Library. All purchased products will appear there with a "Start Learning" button.

Access is granted immediately after purchase — there is no waiting period.

Can I access the tests on mobile?

Yes. Our platform is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone or tablet. You can study on the go using any mobile browser — no app download is required.

How long do I have access after purchasing?

Access duration is listed on each individual product page. Most products provide lifetime access — once purchased, you can return to the material as many times as you need. Check the product's features section for the specific access type.

I can't find my purchase in My Library. What should I do?

First, make sure you are logged in with the same email address used at checkout. If you purchased as a guest, you may need to create an account with that email first.

If the product still doesn't appear, please contact us with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.

Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@thepracticetest.org with the subject "Refund Request" and include your order number. We will process the refund within 2 business days and send you a confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once approved on our end, refunds take 5–10 business days for credit/debit cards and 3–5 business days for PayPal to appear on your statement. Processing times are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.

Our platform works best with modern browsers. We officially support the latest two versions of:

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the My Account page and click "Lost your password?" Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still having trouble? Contact us and we'll help manually.

The content isn't loading. What should I do?

Try the following steps in order:

  • Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Disable any browser extensions (especially ad blockers).
