All products sold on The Practice Test are digital downloads and digital access licenses. Because digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase, we apply the following policy to ensure a fair experience for all customers.

When you purchase a product, you receive immediate access to the full content. Our 30-day refund window applies from the date of your original purchase, regardless of how much of the material you have accessed.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You contact us via email at support@thepracticetest.org with your order number.

We do not require you to explain your reason for the refund. If you are within the 30-day window, the refund will be issued automatically.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number Provide the order number found in your confirmation email. This allows us to locate your purchase quickly.
  3. Wait for confirmation We will process your refund request within 2 business days and send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved and initiated by us:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed on our end. Processing times are dictated by your payment provider and are outside of our control.

Exceptions

Refund requests will be denied in the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  • The account has been banned or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
